On 21–22 August 2026, over 1,000 young people registered to be part of B.I.G. 2026 as we explored what it means to grow intentionally, embrace the process and take meaningful steps towards the future we want.

The B.I.G. Experience
Two days. One goal: help young people move forward.
We kicked off B.I.G. 2026 virtually, bringing together young people from different locations for conversations around:
- Career and opportunity
- Personal growth
- Purpose and impact
- Positioning for the future
- Skills and employability
- Building beyond your current environment
Day 2 brought the B.I.G. community together physically in Effurun, Delta State, with additional virtual participation. The day featured:
Industry Leaders Roundtable
Real conversations about navigating work, business, visibility, technology, growth and building in today's world.
Practical Sessions
Lessons and experiences from people actively building careers, businesses and personal brands.
B.I.G. Business Pitch Challenge
Six finalists took the stage to pitch their businesses, with ₦200,000 awarded to two winning entrepreneurs.
Networking & Community
A space for young people to meet, connect, exchange ideas and discover opportunities beyond the conference room.

The Impact
Our goal isn't simply to gather young people in one place.
It is to create an environment where exposure leads to new thinking, new connections and eventually, action. From the 2026 feedback we received, participants highlighted shifts in mindset, career clarity, practical knowledge, confidence, visibility, networking and their willingness to take action.
